The terms that apply when you shop at MODO.

About these terms
These terms apply when you use modoshirts.com or buy from MODO. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our shipping information, returns policy and privacy policy.
Our shirts
Every MODO shirt is printed to order by our production partner. Colours on screens vary, so the printed shirt may look slightly different from the photos. Check each listing’s size guide before ordering: kids’ sizes are clothing size ranges, not ages.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping, and any sales tax that applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and your order page appears.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because each shirt is printed just for you, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll do our best before production starts, but once your shirt is in production we can’t change or cancel it. We may cancel an order, for example if a shirt can’t be produced, a price was clearly shown in error, or we suspect fraud; if we do, we’ll refund you in full.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Production usually takes 2–5 business days and delivery about 3–4 business days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping for costs and details.
Returns, replacements and refunds
If your shirt arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item or size, our returns policy explains how to tell us and what we’ll do: a free replacement or a full refund. Because every shirt is printed to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or colour.
Our designs
All designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to MODO or the people who license them to us. Buying a shirt doesn’t give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell its design. Please don’t use our designs or content without our written permission.
Using our site
Please don’t misuse the site: for example, by interfering with how it works, trying to access parts that aren’t meant for you, or placing fraudulent orders.
Our responsibility
We stand behind our shirts as our returns policy describes. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown here on the day you place your order applies to that order.
